We are keeping ExMod-Team for everything (except documentation link)

Alright. All the links outside of the documentation have been restored to ExMod-Team instead of ExSLMod-Team. |

Describe the changes
All it does is change the instances to a valid repository so that links in documentations and counters work again

Links don't work because they redirect to the hidden repository and banners show repository not found errors.

Links redirect to the new repositories and banners show info about the current repository.
